Ticket Policies:
-No refunds or transfers to other retreats or events will be given.
-If you are unable to attend the retreat all retreat items will be forfeited including the swag bag, t-shirt, class materials etc.
These items will not be shipped nor given to another attendee.
-The BSR staff will not assist in reselling any tickets.
Ticket Reselling Procedures:
Should you not be able to attend the retreat you are responsible for reselling your own ticket. We (the BSR staff) will not maintain a waitlist of people. When reselling your ticket please follow the procedures below.
-Exchange funds with the purchaser
-Send an email to brownsugarretreat@gmail.com to complete the transfer.
Please include the purchaser on the email as well.
